利用351nm紫外光泵浦非临界相位匹配LiB3O5光参量振荡器(LBOOPO),直接获得了在472~453nm范围内波长连续可调的蓝光皮秒脉冲序列。OPO所用LBO晶体的两端面切割成Brewster角,避开了晶体表面增透膜的稳定性问题,保证了LBO晶体端面低反射损耗和OPO长期稳定工作。紫外泵浦光由连续波锁模Nd:YLF激光器输出的1053nm基频光与5265nm二倍频光经和频过程得到,和频过程采用了走离补偿新方案。获得的最大蓝光输出功率为275mW,脉冲宽度为12ps。对使用FP标准具提高输出光稳定性方面进行了探讨。
The 351 nm UV pump was used to pump non-critical LiB3O5 LBOOPO, and the blue picosecond pulse sequence with tunable wavelength in the range of 472 ~ 453 nm was directly obtained. The two ends of the LBO crystal used in OPO are cut into Brewster angles, which avoids the stability problem of the AR coating on the crystal surface and ensures the low reflection loss of the LBO crystal and long-term stability of the OPO. The ultraviolet pump light is obtained by the sum frequency process of the 1053nm fundamental frequency light and 5265nm double frequency light output by the CW mode-locked Nd: YLF laser. The sum frequency process adopts the new scheme of walk-off compensation. The maximum blue output power is 275mW and the pulse width is 12ps. The use of FP etalons to improve the stability of the output light was discussed.
