目的:探讨不同模式跑台运动对生长期大鼠长骨生长的影响。方法:将24只5周龄大鼠随机分为对照组、间歇跑台运动组和持续跑台运动组,每组8只。两运动组分别进行为期9周、每周5次的持续跑台运动和间歇跑台运动,后取大鼠后肢胫骨进行骨组织形态计量学指标的测定。结果:两运动组骨小梁体积、骨小梁平均宽度、皮质骨宽度、类骨质表面积和类骨质厚度均极显著高于对照组,而骨小梁分离度、侵蚀表面积则极显著低于对照组。两跑台运动组的骨小梁数目显著高于对照组,间歇跑台运动组的生长板厚度显著高于对照组。间歇跑台运动组骨小梁体积和类骨质厚度非常显著高于持续跑台运动组,骨小梁平均宽度、类骨质面积和生长板厚度显著高于持续跑台运动组,骨小梁分离度和侵蚀表面积显著低于持续跑台运动组。结论:两种运动模式均能够通过刺激骨形成、抑制骨吸收促进生长期大鼠胫骨骨量的积累,并且间歇跑台运动对骨量积累和骨纵向生长的促进作用大于持续跑台运动。
Objective: To investigate the effects of treadmill exercise on growth of long bones in growing rats. Methods: Twenty-four five-week-old rats were randomly divided into control group, intermittent treadmill exercise group and continuous treadmill exercise group, with 8 rats in each group. The two exercise groups were subjected to continuous treadmill exercise and intermittent treadmill exercise for 9 weeks, 5 times a week respectively, and then the tibia of the hindlimbs of the rats were measured for bone histomorphometry. Results: Trabecular bone volume, average trabecular width, cortical bone mass, osteoid surface area and osteoid thickness were significantly higher in the two exercise groups than those in the control group, while trabecular separation and erosion surface area were significantly lower In the control group. The number of trabecular tracts in the two treadmill exercise groups was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the thickness of the growth board in the treadmill exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The trabecular bone volume and osteoid thickness in intermittent treadmill exercise group were significantly higher than those in continuous treadmill exercise group. The average trabecular thickness, osteoid area and growth plate thickness were significantly higher than those in continuous treadmill exercise group and trabecular bone The resolution and erosion surface area were significantly lower than those of continuous treadmill exercise. CONCLUSION: Both exercise modes can stimulate the bone formation and inhibit the bone resorption to promote the accumulation of tibia in the growing rats, and the effect of intermittent treadmill exercise on bone mass accumulation and longitudinal bone growth is greater than that of continuous treadmill exercise.
