实践教学作为艺术设计教学重要的整合过程,探讨一种强化人才培养的实践教学管理模式势在必行。一、相对活性的实践教学管理由于学科性质的特点,使艺术设计专业实践教学具有独特的表现形式,为培养创新人才,给学生创造一个便于思考,利于探索的宽松氛围,注意保护学生独立的个性,给于其自由发挥的环境和空间,使学生主动积极参与教学的全过程。我们首先应转变教育观念,树立真诚为学生服务的观点,充分尊重学生个性差异,鼓励学生个性特点和兴趣的发展,提高学生的自我意识与自信心,营造民主、自由、平等、和谐的教育氛围。二、灵活生动的教学环节的组织实施在设计教学各环节中,我们应采取课前调研,课中讲评,课后展示等一系列丰富生动、灵活多样的过程教学,通过加强课内课外多样的组织教学与管理对学习现状的分析与评价,对教学成果多样的交流与展示,使教学环节更加充分和更加有质量。三、形式多样的教学实践训练方法在艺术设计教学实践训练过程中,改革传统的单一教学模式,课堂教学可采取符合艺术教育特点的教学方法,对学生提出限题、限时、限口头描述的快题问答和结合实际上的文案编写及实物制作,最大程度的发挥学生的创造性思维能力、语言表达能力、理论联系实际和动手实践能力。社会实践教学可采取建立教学实践基地、校企合作等形式,“真枪实弹”的实题实作训练,让学生在真实的市场背景中进行实践教学,来提高学生的社会实践能力,拉近学习与工作的距离。四、科学合理的成绩综合评价设计艺术教育具有创造性和发散性教学特点,要求学生完成的作业具有创新和独到的见解,设计课题的结果没有标准答案,而且学生的选题、思维方式、表达方式都不同,作业各有千 As an important integration process of art design teaching, practice teaching is an imperative to explore a practical teaching management mode that can strengthen personnel training.
