真空热处理通常是指在低于大气压的环境中进行的热处理,由于压力的变化,蒸汽压高的合金元素会产生挥发,造成材质的逸损或由于表面成份的变化而改变性能,这是真空热处理一大课题。国外对某些工具钢真空热处理后表面元素的变化已经有所报导,但高强度结构钢真空热处理后表面元素的变化的报导很少见到。尤其是真空油淬后结构钢工件表面是否有渗碳现象,更是没有报导,只是日本山中久彦写了发现高速钢真空油淬后有渗碳现象的报告。而这一问题,直接影响到真空热处理在航空工业中的应用。为了配合我部对真空热处理
