研究了Ti含量对电解加钛A356合金晶粒细化效果的影响,并与相应Ti含量的熔配加钛A356合金进行了比较。结果表明,Ti含量对两种合金的组织均有明显影响。随Ti含量增加,电解加钛合金和熔配加钛合金的晶粒组织和一次枝晶均明显细化,Si颗粒纵横比均趋于降低,其圆形度却增大,表明了Si颗粒形貌的改善。两种合金凝固过程的DSC分析表明,电解A356合金具有较熔配合金更低的激活能和结晶过冷度,从而表现出更优异的晶粒细化效果和Si颗粒形貌。
The effect of Ti content on the grain refinement of E35 alloy was studied and compared with that of A356 alloy with the corresponding Ti content. The results show that the Ti content has a significant effect on the microstructure of the two alloys. With the increase of Ti content, the grain structure and the primary dendrites of the electrolytically-added titanium alloy and the molten alloyed titanium alloy are obviously refined, the aspect ratio of the Si particles tends to decrease, and the circularity of the Si particles increases, indicating that the Si particle shape Appearance improvement. DSC analysis of the solidification process of the two alloys shows that the electrolyzed A356 alloy has lower activation energy and crystallization degree of undercooling than that of the molten alloy and thus shows more excellent grain refinement effect and Si particle morphology.
