伴随国内外石油化工行业的现代化管理理念及精细化项目管理的不断深化,成本控制已经成为提升企业市场核心竞争力的重中之重。本文以化工企业为研究对象,通过对其进行成本控制的必要性及存在的突出问题分析的基础上,提出若干提升化工企业成本控制能力的建议:创新理念,加强成本控制的基础工作建设;不断优化成本过程控制的时间分类及成本核算方法;不断拓宽成本管理范围,逐步优化成本管理手段。总之,面对日益严峻的竞争需求以及自身发展的需要,化工企业需要逐步加强成本控制管理,科学选择适合发展需求的成本控制方法,从而提高企业的市场竞争力。
With the modern management concept of petrochemical industry at home and abroad and the deepening of project management, cost control has become the top priority in enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise market. Based on the analysis of the necessity of cost control and the outstanding problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the cost control ability of chemical enterprises: innovating concept and strengthening the basic work of cost control; Optimize the time classification of cost process control and cost accounting methods; continue to broaden the scope of cost management, and gradually optimize the cost management tools. In short, in the face of increasingly severe competition needs and the needs of its own development, chemical companies need to gradually strengthen cost control and management and scientifically select a cost control method that suits their development needs so as to enhance their market competitiveness.
