目的利用微信视频对出院脑卒中患者进行随访健康教育,探讨其对患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月在我院康复医学科和神经内科住院的34例脑卒中患者,出院后采用微信将自制的功能训练视频针对性对患者进行推送,同时利用微信视频功能对患者进行定期视频随访。评估患者出院时及出院6个月后日常生活活动能力变化。结果经过6个月的随访,患者日常生活活动能力各方面评分优于出院时(P<0.05)。结论微信视频教育为出院脑卒中患者提供生动形象的健康教育材料,针对患者的具体情况实现个性化的延续护理,对提高患者日常生活活动能力有积极作用。
Objective To use WeChat video to follow-up health education of discharged stroke patients and explore its influence on daily activities of patients. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 34 stroke patients were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Neurology in our hospital. After discharge, Weixin self-made functional training videos were specifically targeted to push the patients. At the same time, we used WeChat video function Regular video follow-up of patients. Assess changes in daily living activity at discharge from hospital and 6 months after discharge. Results After six months of follow-up, patients’ activities of daily living were better than those at discharge (P <0.05). Conclusions WeChat video education provides a vivid educational material for discharged stroke patients and personalized continuous nursing care according to the specific conditions of patients, which plays a positive role in improving the ability of daily activities of patients.
