在宣威现场进行了动物自然吸入煤烟和柴烟的模拟实验,于结束时,观察了煤烟和柴烟对动物某些遗传学指标的影响。结果表明,在长达15个月(小鼠)和19个月(大鼠)的实验中,与对照组相比,未见骨髓细胞染色体畸变率和含微核多染红细胞发生率的明显增高;但是,在煤烟和柴烟组小鼠精子形态异常的发生率明显高于对照组。
At the scene of Xuanwei, experiments were conducted to simulate the natural inhalation of soot and firewood.
