本文从多种经济学核算方式出发对十八大提出的城乡居民人均收入翻番目标进行了统计分析,认为所提目标并非基于当年价格;若按照CPI调整居民收入,这一目标实现起来有一定难度;若按照可比价格GDP增速调整居民收入,这一目标实现起来有挑战性,农村居民人均收入的翻番是最大的难点。 Based on a variety of economic accounting methods, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the goal of doubling per capita income of urban and rural residents put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress, and considers that the proposed target is not based on the current prices. If the CPI is adjusted according to the residents’ income, this goal will be difficult to achieve ; If the residents’ income is adjusted according to the comparable GDP growth rate, this goal will be challenging to achieve. To double the per capita income of rural residents is the biggest difficulty.
