目的调查分析900例孕妇口腔卫生状况、健康知识认知度及保健方法。方法选取2014年5月-2016年5月甘肃地区军地医院收治的产检孕妇900例,依据随机数字表法将其平分为口腔健康教育组和对照组。对两组孕妇的口腔卫生指数(OHI-S)及牙龈指数(GI)、健康知识得分及认知度、保健方法掌握情况进行统计分析。结果临产时口腔健康教育组孕妇的软垢指数(DI-S)、简化牙石指数(CI-S)、GI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识得分及认知度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),定期检查口腔,每天刷牙,使用保健牙刷、牙签、牙线、含氟牙膏,定期更换牙刷比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕妇口腔卫生状况、健康知识认知度及保健方法能够在口腔健康教育的作用下得到有效改善。
Objective To investigate and analyze 900 cases of oral health status of pregnant women, health knowledge awareness and health care methods. Methods 900 maternal and child pregnant women admitted to the Military Hospital of Gansu from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method: oral health education group and control group. The oral health index (OHI-S), gingival index (GI), health knowledge score and cognition of the two groups of pregnant women and the mastery of health care methods were statistically analyzed. Results The DI-S, CI-S and GI were significantly lower in the oral health education group than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the score and cognition of health knowledge were significantly higher In the control group (P <0.05), the ratio of toothbrush, toothbrush, toothpick, floss, fluoride toothpaste and regular replacement of toothbrush was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The status of oral hygiene, awareness of health knowledge and health care methods in pregnant women can be effectively improved under the effect of oral health education.
