利用废弃的轴承钢GCr15和WC粉末通过离心铸造法制取WC/钢基复合材料(LGJW20);研究了热处理对其组织结构的影响。结果表明,在退火过程中,组织中的碳化物发生了溶解析出,碳化物的形态得到改善,材料的硬度升高;在淬火回火过程中,随回火温度的升高,组织中碳化物的溶解析出愈严重,材料的硬度不断下降。
The WC / steel matrix composites (LGJW20) were prepared by centrifugal casting from the abandoned bearing steel GCr15 and WC powder. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure was also studied. The results show that during the annealing process, the carbides in the structure are dissolved and precipitated, the morphology of carbides is improved and the hardness of the material is increased. In the process of quenching and tempering, with the increase of tempering temperature, The more serious the dissolution of the material, the hardness of the material continues to decline.
