长期以来一直被人们废弃的粉煤灰和废旧塑料,经过我国科技人员开发利用,实现了废弃资源再生,“黑白垃圾”变宝。12月10日,由中科院长春应化所承担的中科院、上海浦东新区高新技术种子资金项目——“市政工程用粉煤灰和废旧塑料复合新材料高性能井盖、井座”在长春顺利通过验收。根据资料显示,2000年我国废旧塑料约在600万吨以上,粉煤灰年产量达到一亿六千万吨,造成十分严重的环境污染,严重地影响了人民的生活质量,制约了国民经济的发展,已成为世界性公害。中科院长春应化所较早开展了粉煤灰与废旧塑料共同混合新材料的研究工作,2001年6月,在上海浦东科技局、中科院高新技术种子资金的支持下,长春应化所科研人员进一步开展了利用粉煤灰和废旧塑料复合新材料制
