为了确定打印机印字机构的设计条件,本文对击打式印字中的冲击振动现象进行了分析及实验性研究。关于印字力、接触时间及重打区域的分析结论通过实验得到了证实。本文的研究结论是:(1)将活字载体视为刚体,则活字载体和纸·色带的峭陡比必须大于12或活宇载体与锤头的质量必须大于5。(2)将锤头视为刚体,则纸·色带与锤头的峭陡比必须小于0·2或锤头的质量比必须大于4。
In order to determine the design conditions of the printer printing agency, this paper analyzes the impact vibration phenomenon in the imprint printing and experimental research. The conclusions of the analysis on printing power, contact time and re-striking area were confirmed experimentally. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) When the movable type vector is regarded as a rigid body, the steepness ratio of the movable type vector to the paper ribbon must be greater than 12 or the mass of the live carrier and the hammerhead must be greater than 5. (2) Considering the hammerhead as a rigid body, the ratio of the paper ribbon to the hammerhead must be less than 0.2 or the weight ratio of the hammerhead must be greater than 4.
