教师是价值教育的关键。在推进社会主义核心价值观教育中,要以针对教师的有特色、高品质价值教育课程设计和有效实施为突破口,发展、提高中小学教师对儿童、青少年的积极价值引领能力。伦敦大学学院教育研究院休·斯塔基(Hugh Starkey)教授的“教育、价值与社会”教师教育课程在价值定位、教育目标、价值框架、教学内容、实践策略方面特点鲜明。基于实践体验、比较研究和专题交流,建议:高度关注中小学教师在价值教育中的关键作用,强化教师对儿童、青少年的价值引领;把基于中小学教师的价值教育课程设计作为紧迫课题来研究,形成有特色的高品质教师价值教育课程;明确价值教育定位,倡导中小学教师对教育问题的社会学、历史学分析和哲学沉思,强化教师价值思考的深刻性,实现价值教育的觉悟。
Teachers are the key to value education. In advancing education on the core values of socialism, we should develop and improve the positive value of primary and secondary school teachers in children and adolescents by guiding the design and effective implementation of the curriculum of characteristic and high-quality value education for teachers. Professor Hugh Starkey of the University College London Institute of Education “Education, Value and Society ” teacher education curriculum has distinctive features in terms of value orientation, educational goals, value framework, teaching content and practical strategies. Based on practical experience, comparative study and special topic exchange, it is suggested that we pay great attention to the key role of primary and secondary school teachers in value education, and strengthen the teachers’ value guidance to children and adolescents. We should study curriculum design of value education based on primary and secondary school teachers as an urgent issue , Forming a distinctive high quality teacher education curriculum; defining the orientation of value education, promoting primary and secondary school teachers ’sociology, historical analysis and philosophical contemplation on education, strengthening the profoundness of teachers’ value thinking and realizing the realization of value education.
