近年来,高校生源向着多元化方向发展,艺术类专业逐渐渗透到理工科大学中,为大学带来了人文气息,实现了大学教育的全面发展。然而,艺术专业学生由于主观或客观的多种原因,在成长过程中出现了时间观念、集体观念淡薄等不足,制约了学生素质和专业水平的提高,使学生的发展缺乏后劲。运用富有理工科大学特色的艺术专业学生教育管理方法,是实现对艺术类学生有效帮助和指导的新策略。
In recent years, the source of students in colleges and universities has been diversified. Art professionals have gradually infiltrated universities of science and engineering, bringing cultural atmosphere to universities and realizing the all-round development of university education. However, due to subjective or objective reasons, art majors have some shortcomings such as the notion of time and the weak collective concept in the process of their growth, which has restricted the improvement of students’ qualities and professional standards, which have lagged behind in their development. It is a new strategy for effective help and guidance for art students by using the method of education and management of arts majors with the characteristics of science and engineering universities.
