从海洋生物纯化获得的一种活性多肽CPU HAP 140 ,用四氯化碳和半乳糖胺分别损伤小鼠肝来研究CPU HAP 140的保肝作用。结果发现 :(1)CPU HAP 140能显著降低四氯化碳和半乳糖胺所致的小鼠血清ALT和AST的异常升高 ,并呈现良好的剂量相关性。 (2 )CPU HAP 140能显著降低半乳糖胺中毒小鼠的死亡率。 (3)肝组织切片 :CPU HAP 140可使四氯化碳和半乳糖胺损伤肝组织的程度减轻。 (4)急性毒性试验表明 ,CPU HAP 140属低毒活性多肽。以上结果提示 ,CPU HAP 140可能是一种有希望用于临床治疗肝病的生物制剂。
An active polypeptide CPU HAP 140 purified from marine organisms was used to study the hepatoprotective effect of CPU HAP 140 by respectively injuring mouse liver with carbon tetrachloride and galactosamine. The results showed that: (1) CPU HAP 140 could significantly reduce the serum ALT and AST abnormalities induced by carbon tetrachloride and galactosamine in mice, and showed good dose-dependent. (2) CPU HAP 140 can significantly reduce the mortality of galactosamine-poisoned mice. (3) Liver biopsy: CPU HAP 140 can reduce the degree of liver damage caused by carbon tetrachloride and galactosamine. (4) Acute toxicity test showed that CPU HAP 140 is a low toxic activity polypeptide. The above results suggest that CPU HAP 140 may be a promising biological agent for the clinical treatment of liver disease.
