陶瓷型精密铸造是一项新的铸造工艺。它是在砂型型腔的表面上,增挂一层厚8~10毫米的光滑、致密和洁白的类似陶瓷层。该类似陶瓷层是由用耐火粉料和硅酸乙酯水解液等配制的浆料,经灌浆、结胶、焙烧而成。用陶瓷型精密铸造工艺生产金属模具,与用机械加工法生产相比,具有工艺简单、周期短和成本低等优点,并能保持近似的模具质量和使用寿命。陶瓷型精密铸造工艺已在很多工厂得到应用,并已积累了很多经验,但仍然有些共性的问题,诸如母模的制造、陶瓷型腔裂纹
Ceramic casting is a new casting process. It is in the sand cavity surface, by adding a layer of 8 to 10 mm thick smooth, dense and white similar ceramic layer. The similar ceramic layer is made of refractory powder and ethyl silicate hydrolyzate prepared slurry, the grout, gel, roasted. The use of ceramic casting process for the production of metal molds, compared with the production of mechanical processing, with a simple process, short cycle and low cost, and can maintain the approximate quality and service life of the mold. Ceramic casting technology has been applied in many factories and has accumulated a lot of experience, but there are still some common problems, such as the manufacture of mother mold, ceramic cavity crack
