目的:探索高效快速的血吸虫病诊断方法。方法:用微波辐射ELISA和快速ELISA同步检测各期日本血吸虫病患者血清118份,健康人血清61份,并殖吸虫病犬血清12份。结果:两种方法的血吸虫病患者血清抗体阳性检出率分别为88.1%(104/118)和91.5%(108/118),无显著性差异。健康人血清抗体假阳性分别为2份(3.3%)和1份(1.6%),亦无显著性差异;交叉反应均无假阳性。结论:微波辐射ELISA具有与快速ELISA类似的敏感性和特异性,但前者具有快速获得检测结果的优点。
Objective: To explore efficient and rapid diagnosis of schistosomiasis. Methods: The serum of 118 schistosomiasis patients, 61 healthy volunteers and 12 serogroups of paragonimiasis were detected simultaneously by microwave radiation ELISA and rapid ELISA. Results: The positive rates of serum antibodies in patients with schistosomiasis by two methods were 88.1% (104/118) and 91.5% (108/118) respectively, with no significant difference. There were no significant differences in the false-positive serum antibody levels in healthy people from 2 (3.3%) and 1 (1.6%) respectively. There was no false positive in the cross-reactions. Conclusion: The microwave irradiation ELISA has the similar sensitivity and specificity as the rapid ELISA, but the former has the advantage of obtaining the test result rapidly.
