提高教学质量,光注意传授知识是不够的,搞“题海战术”更不是办法。近来,关于培养学生能力的呼声颇高,这个呼声是对的,切中了时弊,但是说来容易做时难,许多教师反映:不少学生连学都不愿意学哩,一些基本的知识都不知道,强调培养能力那岂不是隔着河吹喇叭吗? 我看,这个问题提得好。这是实际的呼声。现在的问题是:面前横着一条河,对岸的风景再好,找不着船,架不起桥,尽管教师们心急似火,也只能望着东去的波涛站在岸边兴叹啊!
