滇1型是中国育成的第一个杂交粳稻雄性不育系。杂交粳稻的进一步发展需要解决恢复源狭窄、强优势组合少的问题。本文是围绕滇1型不育细胞质开展的种质和技术创新研究的初步总结。滇型杂交粳稻育种的主要创新是利用立体气候条件选育育性稳定的粳稻不育系;新细胞质质源粳稻不育系的选育;分子标记筛选恢复基因新质源;种间亚种间杂交选育“籼粳型(Janpindica)”品系,拓宽杂交粳稻亲本的遗传多样性;富含铁锌杂交粳稻亲本的选育;滇型杂交粳稻组合在生产上的表现。
Dian 1 is the first male sterile line of japonica hybrid in China. The further development of japonica hybrid rice needs to solve the problem of narrow recovery source and less strong combination of advantages. This article is a preliminary summary of germplasm and technological innovation around Dian 1 type sterile cytoplasm. The main innovation of Dian-type japonica hybrid rice breeding is the selection of japonica CMS lines with new cytoplasmic quality; the selection and breeding of a new cytoplasmic male-sterile line with molecular markers; the interspecific interspecific interspecific hybridization Breeding “Janpindica” lines to broaden the genetic diversity of japonica hybrids; Breeding of Japonica rice hybrids with rich iron and zinc; and the performance of Dian type japonica hybrid combinations in production.
