在正常供水和干旱条件下研究了AM菌(Arbuscularmycorrhizalfungi,AMF)Glomusmoseae,Gigasporamargarita,Gigasporarosea对大豆(Glycinemax)生长发育和抗旱性的影响。结果表明,AM菌能显著增加植株的生长量(株高、叶面积、干重等),提高植株叶片相对含水量、光合速率、蒸腾速率,降低叶片气孔阻力,显著增强植株的抗旱能力。干旱条件下,AM菌的侵染、菌丝的发育均良好。供试菌种对大豆的效应以Gigasporarosea效果最好。
The effects of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Glomusmoseae, Gigasporamargarita and Gigasporarosea on the growth and drought resistance of Glycine max were studied under normal water supply and drought conditions. The results showed that AM fungi could significantly increase plant growth (plant height, leaf area, dry weight, etc.), increase relative leaf water content, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, and reduce stomatal resistance and significantly increase plant drought resistance. Under drought conditions, AM fungal infection, mycelium development are good. Gigasporarosea was the best one to test soybean effect.
