目的进一步了解听力学及前庭功能检查对梅尼埃病的诊断价值。方法对120例耳源性眩晕患者进行纯音听阈测试,甘油试验,耳蜗电图,冷热水试验,前庭诱发肌源性电位检查。结果纯音测听曲线以平坦型,上升型为主,。早期主要影响低频部分,晚期波及所有频率范围。耳蜗电图异常率为(70)%,甘油试验阳性率为(58.6)%,冷热试验阳性率为(62.6)%,前庭诱发电位异常率为(38.6)%。结论每一项检查都有它的客观性和局限性,梅尼埃病的诊断应根据临床发作期或间隙期的症状体征,选择两项以上的检测手段,以达到早期诊断,提高确诊率。
Objective To understand the diagnostic value of audiology and vestibular function in Meniere’s disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with otogenic vertigo were examined with pure tone audiometry, glycerol test, electrocochleogram, hot and cold water test and vestibular myogenic potential test. Results Pure tone audiometry curve to flat, rising type based. Early mainly affect the low-frequency part of the late spread to all frequency ranges. The abnormal rate of cochlear electrogram was (70)%, the positive rate of glycerol test was (58.6)%, the positive rate of cold and heat test was (62.6)%, and the abnormal rate of vestibular evoked potential was (38.6)%. Conclusion Each examination has its objectivity and limitations. The diagnosis of Meniere’s disease should be based on clinical symptoms or signs of interstitial seizures. Two or more tests should be selected to achieve early diagnosis and improve the diagnosis rate.
