目的观察玻璃离子和复合树脂修复乳牙龋齿的疗效。方法 222颗乳磨牙龋齿经过去龋备洞充填完成,根据洞型和充填材料的不同分成A、B、C、D四组,A组为Ⅰ类洞型用玻璃离子充填,B组为Ⅰ类洞型用复合树脂充填,C组为Ⅱ类洞型用玻璃离子充填,D组为Ⅱ类洞型用复合树脂充填。结果 1年后复查,A组成功率为94.34%,B组成功率为98.15%,C组成功率为66.04%,D组成功率为96.30%。A、B两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C、D两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳磨牙Ⅰ类洞固位较好,玻璃离子和复合树脂两种修复材料都可以选择,而乳磨牙Ⅱ类洞型应选择复合树脂作为充填材料。
Objective To observe the curative effect of glass ion and composite resin in deciduous tooth decay. Methods Deciduous caries of 222 deciduous teeth were filled into the caries-free cavities and divided into four groups A, B, C and D according to the hole type and filling material. Group A was filled with glass ions in type I and type I The cavities were filled with composite resin, the cavities in Group C were filled with glass ions, and the cavities in Group D were filled with composite resin. The results of 1 year after the review, A group success rate was 94.34%, B group success rate was 98.15%, C group success rate was 66.04%, D group success rate was 96.30%. There was no significant difference between A and B groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between C and D groups (P <0.01). Conclusions Class I holes of the deciduous molars are well retained, and both glass ion and composite resin materials can be selected. However, the composite resin should be chosen as the filling material for Class II cavities.
