本刊讯(记者费菲)日前,由北京市健康促进工作委员会、北京市卫生局联合推出的《北京人健康指引(征求意见稿)》,公开向社会各界征求意见。据北京市卫生局副局长赵春惠介绍,该征求意见稿包括拥有健康的行为与生活方式、保持心理平衡与良好的社会适应、实现基本生理健康目标三部分内容,共34条指标,涵盖了饮食饮水、睡眠、刷牙、运动等卫生习惯及社会心理适应各个方面,适用于18~60岁人群。
Benjixin (Reporter Fei Fei) Recently, the Beijing Municipal Health Promotion Committee and Beijing Municipal Health Bureau jointly launched the “Guide for Health of Beijingers (Draft for Comment)” and publicly solicited opinions from all walks of life. According to Zhao Chunhui, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, the draft solicitation includes 34 items, including healthy behaviors and lifestyles, maintaining psychological balance and good social adjustment, and achieving the goal of basic physical health. There are 34 indicators covering diet and drinking water , Sleep, brushing, exercise and other health habits and social psychological adaptation in all aspects, for 18 to 60-year-olds.
