目的:动态观察脑内P物质(SP)含量。方法:采用放射免疫测定方法(RIA),观察四血管结扎全脑缺血大鼠多个脑区及垂体5~120min SP含量的动态变化。结果:大鼠脑缺血早期皮质、纹状体、中脑与垂体SP含量的变化规律虽不尽相同,但均表现呈下降趋势。结论:这可能与脑缺血导致神经元对SP合成和储存等功能发生紊乱有关。也提示SP参与脑缺血的病理生理过程。
Objective: To dynamically observe the contents of substance P (SP) in the brain. Methods: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to observe the dynamic changes of SP content in various brain regions and pituitary of rats with occlusion of 4-vessel ligation for 5 ~ 120 min. Results: The changes of SP content in cortex, striatum, midbrain and pituitary in rats during the early stage of cerebral ischemia were all different, but all showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion: This may be related to cerebral ischemia-induced neuronal synthesis and storage of SP and other disorders. Also prompted SP involved in the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia.
