为了界定大学英语教学中医学生跨文化交际能力的内涵与外延,本文采用定性分析法,依据Fantini的理论,结合医学职业要求与大学英语教学中的有关规定进行分析。研究医学生的跨文化交际能力,即医学生运用所学知识和技能察觉出其所在医疗环境,与相关人员沟通的能力。医学生的跨文化交际能力又可具体划分为五种能力,即善于察觉的能力、相互理解的能力、构建关系的能力、沟通能力和合作能力;同时划分出四个维度,即知识、积极的态度、技能和意识。
In order to define the connotation and extension of intercultural communicative competence of Chinese medicine students in college English teaching, this thesis analyzes the connotation and extension of intercultural communicative competence in college English teaching by using qualitative analysis method and Fantini’s theory, combining with the requirements of medical profession and college English teaching. To study the intercultural communication skills of medical students, that is, the ability of medical students to use their knowledge and skills to perceive the medical environment in which they live and to communicate with relevant personnel. Intercultural communicative competence of medical students can be divided into five kinds of abilities, that is, perceptive ability, mutual understanding ability, relationship-building ability, communication ability and cooperation ability; at the same time, four dimensions are defined: knowledge, positive Attitude, skill and awareness.
