1 工程简介淇河盘石头水库泄洪洞工程位于大坝右坝肩,从鸡冠山下横穿而过。进出口开挖边坡处在鸡冠山两侧的陡坡上,边坡开挖高差很大。进口开挖高程为300～211m,在290、278、254、230m高程处设宽3.00m的戗台;出口开挖高程为270～164.5m,在高程245、238、216、214、202、188m设宽3m的戗台,257m高程以上为浆砌石护坡。边坡坡度为1:0.75和1:0.5两种。岩石类型为∈_1~(11)～∈_1~(17)的灰页岩,其中以∈_1~(14)类为主。设计要求进行钢筋网锚喷支护。砂浆锚杆为Φ32的钢筋,长9m,入岩8.9m,外露0.1m,间排距2.5m,梅花形布置。挂网主筋为
