目的讨论肺癌患者的微血管管腔分化程度与CT灌注成像的相关性。方法选取2013-01-2015-01河北北方学院附属第一医院诊治的40例肺癌患者。对40例患者进行CT灌溉检查,同时将检查过程中的灌溉指标进行标记(BF、BV、PEI),将标记结果与肺癌患者的微血管管腔化程度指标进行比较(微血管密度MVD,管腔未完全形成的MVD,分化程度)。同时将40例患者CT灌注成像分为高灌注组与低灌注组(按照BF、BV、PEI检测值进行分组),并与微血管的管腔分化程度进行比较。结果微血管密度分别与BF、BV、PEI比较,所成关系为负相关(P<0.05)、无关(P>0.05)和正相关(P<0.05),管腔未完全形成的MVD与BF、BV、PEI比较,所成关均为负相关(P<0.05),分化程度与BF、BV、PEI比较,所成关也均为负相关,P<0.05。并且BF与微血管中的未形成MVD与分化程度关系度最高。结论肺癌患者进行CT灌注成像时,成像结果对判断肺癌微血管管腔分化程度有重要参考价值,可以为临床诊断肺癌病变程度提供理论依据。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the degree of microvascular lumen differentiation and CT perfusion imaging in patients with lung cancer. Methods Forty lung cancer patients diagnosed and treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected. Forty patients were examined with CT irrigation and markers of irrigation (BF, BV, PEI) during the course of the test were compared with those of patients with lung cancer (microvessel density MVD, lumen not yet Fully formed MVD, degree of differentiation). At the same time, CT perfusion imaging in 40 patients was divided into high perfusion group and low perfusion group (grouping according to BF, BV, PEI), and compared with the degree of lumen differentiation. Results Microvessel density was negatively correlated with BF, BV and PEI (P <0.05), but not correlated with BF, BV and PEI (P> 0.05) Compared with PEI, the correlations were negatively correlated (P <0.05). The differentiation degree was negatively correlated with BF, BV and PEI, P <0.05. And BF and microvessel in the formation of MVD and degree of differentiation the highest degree. Conclusion CT perfusion imaging in lung cancer patients with imaging results to determine the degree of microcirculation of lung cancer have important reference value, which can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.
