目的:为比较益气养阴法联合化疗(治疗组)与单纯化疗(对照组)治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效与毒性。结果:治疗组有效率为34.37%,病变进展率为15.62%;对照组有效率为23.33%,病变进展率40%,治疗后生活质量明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗中毒副反应明显减少(P<0.05),差异有显著性,结果提示,益气养阴法联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌对稳定病情,提高生活质量,降低化疗毒副反应作用肯定。
Objective: To compare the efficacy and toxicity of Qi-Benefiting and Yang-Yin Therapy combined with chemotherapy (treatment group) and chemotherapy alone (control group) in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Results: The effective rate was 34.37% in the treatment group and 15.62% in the disease group. The effective rate was 23.33% in the control group and 40% in the progression of disease. The quality of life was significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). The treatment side effects were significantly reduced (P <0.05), the difference was significant, the results suggest that Yiqi Yangyin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer to stabilize the condition, improve quality of life and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy certainly.
