现代职业教育治理结构改革带来了职业教育管理模式的改革。高职院校管理的复杂性、校院二级管理模式的推行和高职院校战略目标的落实都需要引入关键绩效管理理念。本文结合浙江工业职业技术学院关键绩效管理工作实际,重点论述了关键绩效管理流程的建立和关键绩效指标体系及权重的设计,并从提高认识加强培训、立足战略重视过程和借助外力科学论证三个方面提出意见和建议。
