随着建筑技术的发展,建筑企业的劳动力组织已远远不能适应新形势的需要,最普遍存在的问题就是工种配合不适应新的结构体系;装修力量跟不上主体结构施工,造成很多工程工期拖长,影响交付使用。在传统的砖木混合结构施工中,主体结构工作量占绝大部分,所以施工队伍主要是瓦木壮三大工种,解放初期三大工种甚至占施工队伍的80％以上,近年来随着科学技术的发展,建筑施工已经出现了下列变化:
