介绍了国际先进水平的空气单蓄热式燃烧技术在武钢热轧1 580 mm生产线1#加热炉上的使用情况,并将该炉和采用常规燃烧技术加热炉的运行实绩进行分析和比较。结果表明:1#炉采用的空气单蓄热式燃烧技术不但在安全性、稳定性和可靠性上都优于国内同类技术,而且在燃用中等发热值的混合煤气的加热炉上,与常规炉相比,具有较明显的节能减排优势。通过实际使用结果肯定了蓄热式燃烧技术在燃用混合煤气加热炉上的适用性。
The use of international advanced single-stage regenerative combustion technology in 1 # heating furnace of 1 580 mm hot rolling line in WISCO was introduced, and the operating performance of the furnace and the heating furnace using conventional combustion technology was analyzed and compared. The results show that the single regenerative air combustion technology adopted in 1 # furnace is superior to the domestic similar technology in terms of safety, stability and reliability. In addition, in the heating furnace with mixed gas of medium calorific value, Compared with the furnace, with obvious advantages of energy-saving emission reduction.
