我局自1967年初步试验成功双塔流动床离子交換软水设备以来,已在我局××交路采用,尤其是流动床的再生系统已被广泛移植采用。流动床软水设备具有结构简单、操纵简便、运行可靠、出水质量稳定、对净水要求较低、适应性强、无周期性排水、不需电控、再生剂用量少等优点。但它受树脂的比重、粒度等条件的限制,存在交换流速较低、树脂填装量较多等缺点。近年来,针对上述问題,对流动床的交換塔结构进行了一些研究试验,如将直胴形交换塔改为扩口形交換塔;将大孔挡板改为阻留式
