As a kind of new idea and new standard of teaching and research in kindergarten, this teaching and learning research is getting favored by kindergartens gradually. It is a kind of daily teaching research based on kindergarten. It is a kind of research activity taking kindergarten as the research base, frontline teachers as the research subject, and teachers' real problems encountered in the practice of education and teaching as the research object. The purpose of this study is to promote the common development of kindergartens, teachers and young children through three basic forces of personal reflection, peer assistance and professional leadership.
