卵巢早衰（ＰＯＦ）是一种病因复杂，治疗极困难的妇科内分泌疾病。其特点为４０岁以前的妇女出现持续闭经、雌激素水平低下和促性腺激素水平升高。临床表现为程度不同的缺雌症状和生殖器及乳房萎缩。患者多以闭经、不孕及雌激素低下引起的症状就诊。本文对我院有记载的患者中
