针对学院由学历教育向任职教育转型过程中,教员能力素质不相适应的问题,从教员能力素质的短板分析入手,着重从更新教育理念。教育形势任务的转变对教员的新要求上,对提高教员能力素质的途径进行了探讨。
Aiming at the problem that faculty ’s ability and quality can not be adapted during the transition from academic education to post - service education, this paper starts from the short - board analysis of faculty’ s ability and quality, focusing on renewing the concept of education. Changes in the educational situation and tasks on the new requirements of teachers on the ability to improve the quality of trainers were discussed.
