上海开展对口支援西藏工作20周年之际,上海教育出版社联合上海市政协文史资料委员会、中共上海市委党史研究室共同策划出版了全面反映上海对口援藏工作历程的史料专辑《口述上海对口援藏》暨《雪域高原的格桑花》系列图书。2014年8月29日,上海纪念援藏工作20周年图片展与座谈会在上海科技馆隆重举行。在会上,《口述上海对口援藏》与《雪域高原的格桑花——上海市援藏干部“三亲”史料专辑》系列图书举行了首发仪式,市领导向援藏干部代表授书。上海教育出版社党委书记朱明钰和责任编辑邹楠应邀出席。1994年7月,中央第三次西藏工作座谈会明确上海对口支援西藏日喀则地区。自1995年以
