机器零件,特别是光洁度较高的零件,往往因为銹蚀而减短使用寿命。一般的除锈都是采取手工擦洗或重行抛光的办法。不过手工擦洗会影响零件光洁度,有时零件因为配合公差较小,无法进行抛光。我们学习了除锈经验并作了多次实践,得到一点体会。除锈前一定要作好准备工作,先擦去零件表面附着的脏东西。办法是第一步将零件放在温度为80~95℃锭子油中除去粘度高的油脂,再放入煤油或汽油中洗清,最后用干净棉布擦干。第二步将零件放入盛有硷性溶液的容器内,在温度为85~90℃的状态下保持5~10分钟。硷性溶液的成份为:
Machine parts, especially those with higher finish, are often shortened due to rusting. General rust is to take manual scrubbing or re-polishing method. However, manual scrubbing will affect the finish of the part, and sometimes parts can not be polished because of their small tolerances. We learned rust experience and made many practice, get a little experience. Rust must be prepared before the work, first wipe the dirt attached to the surface of the parts. The first step is to put the parts on the temperature of 80 ~ 95 ℃ spindle oil to remove high viscosity grease, and then add kerosene or gasoline to wash, and finally with a clean cotton dry.
