目的探讨芒果皮提取物对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、肝功能及脂质过氧化的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、芒果皮提取物低剂量组(0.8 g/kg·bw)和芒果皮提取物高剂量组(4.0 g/kg·bw)。不同剂量芒果皮提取物连续灌胃4周后,检测血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px);肝脏油红染色观察脂质水平;检测空腹血糖和口服糖耐量(OGTT)的变化。结果与模型对照组相比较芒果皮剂量组可降低大鼠血清LDL-c、ALT、AST水平,HDL-c/TC比值升高(P<0.05)同时提高血清中SOD、GSH-Px的活力(P<0.05),降低MDA水平(P<0.01);病理切片可见脂滴密度和大小均有显著降低;可显著性的降低空腹血糖和OGTT水平(P<0.05)。结论芒果皮提取物可以调节高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平和肝功能,同时具有一定的抵抗脂质过氧化作用,提示芒果皮提取物对改善高脂血症具有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of mango peel extract on blood lipid, liver function and lipid peroxidation in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, model control group, low dose mango skin extract group (0.8 g / kg · bw) and high dose mango skin extract group (4.0 g / kg · bw). After different doses of mango skin extract were continuously fed for 4 weeks, the levels of serum TC, TG, HDL-c, LDL-c, ALT, AST, MDA, GSH-Px; liver The lipid levels were observed by oil red staining. The fasting blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance (OGTT) were measured. Results Compared with the model control group, the mangrove skin dose group could reduce the levels of serum LDL-c, ALT and AST, raise the ratio of HDL-c / TC (P <0.05) and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum (P <0.05), and decreased the level of MDA (P <0.01). The density and size of lipid droplets were significantly decreased in the pathological sections, and the levels of fasting blood glucose and OGTT were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Mango peel extract can regulate the level of blood lipid and liver function in hyperlipidemic rats, and at the same time, it can resist lipid peroxidation, suggesting that mango peel extract has a positive effect on improving hyperlipidemia.
