我国近代教育家夏丏尊曾说“:教育之没有情感,没有爱,如同池塘没有水一样。没有水,就不成为塘,没有爱就没有教育。”教师对学生的爱是超越血缘关系的爱,是高尚的爱,但为什么有时我们付出了爱,而我们的教育结果却常常没有朝着我们预期的方向发展呢?这往往是因为我们没有正确地理解爱的真谛。高尔基说“:爱孩子们,这是母鸡也会的。但是要善于教育他们,这却是需要才能和广博的生活知识。”只有爱是不够的,教育者要有一双发现学生在不同方面的潜能的慧眼,并给他们指明方向,创造条件,帮助学生获得持续发展的能力,促其成功。这才是爱的最高层次。
