改革开放30多年来,我国企业文化建设开创新局面,取得前所未有的成绩。但是,新形势对企业职工文化生活提出更高要求,使其面临新挑战。因此,必须树立以人为本的企业职工文化生活理念,发挥工会在企业职工文化生活建设中的作用,实现职工文化生活与企业特色、企业文化的有机结合,促进企业职工文化生活建设迈上新台阶。
Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the building of our country’s corporate culture has created a new situation and made unprecedented achievements. However, the new situation places higher demands on the cultural life of employees and faces new challenges. Therefore, we must establish a people-oriented concept of cultural life of employees, give full play to the role of trade unions in the cultural life of employees, and achieve an organic combination of employees ’cultural life, corporate characteristics and corporate culture, and promote the construction of workers’ cultural life to a new level.
