改革开放30多年来,我国企业文化建设开创新局面,取得前所未有的成绩。但是,新形势对企业职工文化生活提出更高要求,使其面临新挑战。因此,必须树立以人为本的企业职工文化生活理念,发挥工会在企业职工文化生活建设中的作用,实现职工文化生活与企业特色、企业文化的有机结合,促进企业职工文化生活建设迈上新台阶。 Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the building of our country’s corporate culture has created a new situation and made unprecedented achievements. However, the new situation places higher demands on the cultural life of employees and faces new challenges.
