目的 探讨高强度超声 (HIU)治疗早期兔肝VX2 肿瘤 (病毒诱导的兔鳞癌 )的有效性和安全性。方法 实验分 3组 ,移植肿瘤后 5d ,A组 (n =8)接受假照治疗 ;B组 (n =12 )接受HIU治疗 ;C组 (n =8)接受手术治疗。从B组中任选 4只兔于治疗后 2d处死 ,对靶区进行病理学检查。在HIU治疗过程中 ,测量靶区组织温度变化。检查兔肝肾功能 ,记录兔生存时间。结果 靶区组织发生坏死 ,靶区外的组织不受损伤。靶区温度达 85℃ ,靶区外 0 .5mm处仅升高 2℃。A、B、C 3组中位生存时间分别为 5 4、15 0、15 0d ;治愈率为 0、75 .0、6 2 .5 ;B、C两组较A组生存时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;B、C两组间生存时间和治愈率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 HIU能较有效安全地治疗早期兔肝VX2 肿瘤
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) in the treatment of early rabbit liver VX2 tumors (virus-induced rabbit squamous cell carcinoma). Methods The experiment was divided into 3 groups. After 5 days of transplantation, group A (n = 8) received sham phototherapy; group B (n = 12) received HIU; group C (n = 8) received surgical treatment. From group B, 4 rabbits were sacrificed 2 days after treatment, and the target area was examined for pathology. During the treatment of HIU, the tissue temperature changes in the target area were measured. Check liver and kidney function in rabbits and record rabbit survival time. Results Necrosis occurred in the target area and the tissues outside the target area were not damaged. The temperature of the target area reaches 85°C, and the area outside the target area is only 2°C higher than 0. 5mm. The median survival time of A, B and C 3 groups was 5 4, 15 0 and 15 0d, respectively. The cure rate was 0, 75.0, 6 2 .5. The survival time of group B and C was significantly longer than that of group A (P <0. 0 5 ) ; There was no significant difference in survival time and cure rate between groups B and C (P > 0.05). Conclusion HIU can effectively and safely treat early rabbit liver VX2 tumors
