苏府规字[2010]13号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:现将由市住建局、物价局联合制订的《进一步加强市区商品房预售管理意见》批转给你们。请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年五月十二日关于进一步加强市区商品房预售管理意见为贯彻落实《国务院关于坚决遏制部分城市房价过快上涨的通知》(国发[2010]10号)和住建部《关于进一步加强房地产市场监管完善商品住房预售制度有关问题的通知》(建房〔2010]53号)要求,促进我市房地产市场平稳健康发展,经研究,现就进一步加强市区商品房预售管理提出如下意见:
