用体外单层琼脂培养法测定12例再障患者的骨髓GM-CFU-C。15例对照骨髓每2×10~5骨髓细胞的GM-CFU—C产率为152.1±70.9(均值±SD),12例再障患者为8.02±10.1。10例再障患者的骨髓细胞分别与正常骨髓细胞作13次共同培养,其中有3次实测值仅为预测值的40%左右。对照骨髓细胞加患者血清4滴后作培养共14次,实际产率为对照组的99.1~285%,提示大多数再障患者血清中集落刺激因子增高。
Bone marrow GM-CFU-C was measured in 12 patients with aplastic anemia by in vitro monolayer agar culture. The yield of GM-CFU-C per 2 × 10 ~ 5 myeloid cells was 152.1 ± 70.9 (mean ± SD) in 15 cases of control bone marrow and 8.02 ± 10.1 cases in 12 cases of aplastic anemia. Bone marrow cells of patients with aplastic anemia were Normal bone marrow cells were co-cultured 13 times, of which 3 times the measured value of only about 40% of the predicted value. Control bone marrow cells plus 4 drops of serum after training for a total of 14 times the actual yield of 99.1 to 285% of the control group, suggesting that most patients with aplasia serum colony stimulating factor increased.
