就SO_2,V_2O_5担载量和反应温度对活性炭担载的V_2O_5催化剂催化还原NO活 性的影响进行了研究.发现SO_2对此催化剂具有明显的促进作用,这种促进作用与 V_2O_5担载量和反应温度有密切的关系.在较低V_2O_5担载量(重量百分比为1%~5%)时, SO_2对催化活性有明显正效应,而在较高V_2O_5担载量(>7%)时,这种促进作用消失,甚 至有负效应.低于180℃,SO_2的存在毒化催化剂,但高于此温度反而有利于反应的进行. 对SO_2的促进作用的原因进行了初步研究和讨论,结果说明其来源于SO_2在催化剂表面 的吸附,并形成SO~2-_4,从而增加了催化剂表面酸性和催化活性.
The effect of SO_2, V_2O_5 loading and reaction temperature on the catalytic activity of V_2O_5 supported on activated carbon catalyst for NO reduction was studied. SO 2 was found to have a significant role in promoting this catalyst. This promoting effect is closely related to the loading of V 2 O 5 and the reaction temperature.
