青云中心小学下辖14所村校(辅导校2所、村小12所),村校就读学生占全乡学生总数的60%以上。近年来,该校在村校管理课题上作出了新的探索。他们坚持对村校分类要求、分层指导、分别考核,科学的管理使所所村校呈现出良好的发展态势。综合青云中心小学村校管理的经验,概括起来是这样三条: 一、分类要求,不搞一刀切在办学总目标下,他们根据村校现状和发展趋向,把14所下属小学分为三类:辅导小学、一般完小、村小、然后就每类学校的最近发展势头再提出相
