原发性胆管癌以阻塞性黄殖为特征，预后不佳。用彩色多普勒Th维超声（彩B）诊断胆管癌文章报道不多。现将笔者在中山医科大学附属一院进修期间靠彩B检查确诊并经手术及病理证实的胆管癌22例报告如下。且资料与方法从1994年6月～1996年6月，靠彩B发现并经手术及病理证实的22例患
Primary cholangiocarcinoma is characterized by obstructive yellow colonization and has a poor prognosis. Diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma using color Doppler Th-dimensional ultrasound (color B) is rarely reported. The author reported 22 cases of cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by color B examination during surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences and confirmed by surgery and pathology as follows. And data and methods from June 1994 to June 1996, found by color B and confirmed by surgery and pathology in 22 cases
