The heterozygosity of their F 1 hybrid genomes was quantitatively assessed by analyzing the polymorphic length of the chromosomal restriction fragment lengths in japonica CMS lines Xiuling A and C8411. At the time of evaluation, a total of 122 loci on 12 pairs of chromosomes were detected and 9 different restriction enzymes were used. As a result, it was found that there was an allelic difference in 26% of the loci and a polymorphism Sites are not randomly or evenly distributed on different chromosomes. According to revealing the number of polymorphic restriction endonucleases, the polymorphism between Sau A and C8411 can be divided into two broad categories. This paper also discusses ways to further study the heterosis and genomic heterozygosity by using the analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism.
