目的:探讨参苓白术散对高脂血症小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(Glu)及瘦素(Lep)的影响。方法:将小鼠分成3组,空白组(普通饲料+生理盐水),模型组(高脂高糖饲料+生理盐水),参苓白术散组(高脂高糖饲料+参苓白术散)。各组经饲养20 d后筛选合格小鼠灌服相应药物21 d,测定体重、附睾周围脂肪质量、Lee’s指数、血清TC、HDL-C、血糖及Lep的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠体重、附睾周围脂肪质量、Lee’s指数、TC、Glu及Lep水平均显著增高(P<0.05),HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,参苓白术散组小鼠TC、Lep水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散可降低高脂高糖小鼠TC、Lep水平,其调脂作用可能与改善瘦素抵抗有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu San on total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), blood glucose (Glu) and leptin (Lep) in mice with hyperlipidemia. Methods: The mice were divided into 3 groups: blank group (normal feed + saline), model group (high fat, high glucose and normal saline) and Shenling Baizhu Powder group (high fat, high sugar and feed + Shenling Baizhu San). After 20 days of feeding, the mice in each group were dosed with the appropriate drugs for 21 days to determine body weight, fat mass around the epididymis, Lee’s index, serum TC, HDL-C, blood glucose and Lep. Results: Compared with the blank group, body weight, peri-epididymal fat mass, Lee’s index, TC, Glu and Lep levels were significantly increased (P <0.05) and HDL-C was significantly decreased Compared with the other two groups, the levels of TC and Lep in Shenling Baizhu San group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu Powder can reduce the levels of TC and Lep in mice with high-fat and high-glucose, and its lipid-lowering effect may be related to the improvement of leptin resistance.
