作者研究了氟碳人造血—全氟三丁胺(FC—43)乳剂对猴子骨髓造血功能的影响。恒河猴8只,用FC—43乳剂换血(25—80%),于换血后8、12个月采取骨髓液,观察骨髓造血功能。结果发现骨髓有核细胞增生活跃,粒细胞系统和红细胞系统多见,粒细胞、红细胞比例正常,巨核细胞释放血小板功能良好。各细胞系统的细胞生成、形态、发育、结构特征以及不同阶段分布率均未见明显改变。换血后8个月猴骨髓象已完全恢复。提示用FC—43乳剂给猴换血25—80%,对骨髓远期造血功能无明显影响。
The authors studied the effect of fluorocarbon hematopoietic-perfluorotributylamine (FC-43) emulsion on the hematopoietic function of monkey bone marrow. 8 rhesus monkeys were transfused with FC-43 emulsion (25-80%). Bone marrow was collected 8,12 months after blood transfusion to observe the bone marrow hematopoietic function. The results showed that bone marrow nucleated cells hyperplasia, granulocyte and erythrocyte systems more common, normal granulocytes, red blood cells, megakaryocytes release platelets well. No significant changes were found in the cell formation, morphology, development, structural characteristics and distribution in different stages of each cell system. Eight months after the blood transfusion monkey bone marrow has been completely restored. Prompt FC-43 emulsion to the exchange of blood 25-80% of the monkey, bone marrow long-term hematopoietic function had no significant effect.
